OUR COMMISSION SCHEDULE

1. Agent is on a 70/30 split (with exception of agent owned properties)

2. Agent is responsible for E & O insurance payments and maintenance

3. Company referral agent split 50/50 with no transaction fee

4. Transaction fee of $500 on any agent owned properties with no split
